The Pentagon has said that a force of 40 to 50 militants ambushed a 12-man U.S. force in Niger on Oct. 4, killing four and wounding two others. The U.S. patrol was seen as routine and had been carried out nearly 30 times in the six months before the attack, the Pentagon has reported.

Massive intelligence failure helped cause Niger attack

A senior congressional aide briefed on the deaths of soldiers in Niger says Congress wants to know if the Pentagon is properly supporting the troops.

Will there be a Benghazi-style investigation launched by Trey Gowdy? Probably not, as Obama or Clinton isn’t in the White House. Double standard from hyper-partisan, hypocritical, ironically labeled “CONservatives”!!

The US has been in a state of war for 67 years, longer than any nation in modern history. Not one of these US wars and military conflicts was fought to preserve America’s way of life, American democracy or the defense of American soil. Not one!

After 67 years of warmongering here is just a partial list of the war and military conflicts that the U.S. Military won or lost or were on the winning side or losing side since 1950.
