Rudy needs someone with a baseball bat beating his brain out of his ugly head. It doesnt work anymore. His brain.

jannmutube · August 10, 2018 at 7:00 am

fake president, fake Republicans

CentaurusRelax314 · August 10, 2018 at 7:09 am

Rudy the Lying Schmuck would like us to believe there's no difference between an underling or subservient person asking "for a break" and someone in an authoritative position asking for the same thing. A great deal of the criminal code is based on exactly that difference.

jannmutube · August 10, 2018 at 7:10 am

— > I don't think there's any credence in saying that a President can't be indicted or that there's a meaningful difference between a subpoena for material evidence or testimonial evidence. The ruling in U.S. v Nixon says a president is not… IN ANY SENSE…. above the law regardless of his position or his duties under Article II of the constitution.

For the SCOTUS to rule that a president is above the law would be unconstitutional because a President is only the head of the executive branch. Such a ruling would violate the division of powers in the Constitution.

— > United States v Nixon 418 U.S. 683 (1974) Page 418 U. S. 715, the Supreme Court ruled:
…. "The statement by Justice Marshall that the President is not an ordinary person, "CANNOT be read to mean in any sense that a President is above the law but relates to the singularly unique role under Art. II of a President's communications and activities, related to the performance of duties under that Article

—> Mueller might not need Trump's testimony. I think there is already evidence that Trump knew Flynn was under investigation when he asked Director Comey to let Flynn go.

The narcissistic orange turd and his stooges have the incredible ability of lying without blinking, and these lies are so huge that many believes them to be the truth, and that is why his base is living in and accepting the Trump-delusion… 🙁

James Dyer · August 10, 2018 at 7:37 am

Hoisted on his own petard (Shakespeare nailed it) A tangled web we weave (delicious) Orange is the new black

Anders Vesterholt · August 10, 2018 at 8:21 am

Why would Mueller care about the 60 day rule? Trump is not up for reelection, and no such mercy was shown to Hillary in the 2016 election. When Americans went to the polls on November 8th 2016, one of the two main-party presidential candidates was under federal investigation, and it wasn't Hillary.

Laurie Kilner · August 10, 2018 at 8:34 am

This is the prelude to Mr. Mueller’s finest hour. This will be historic.

marlonious · August 10, 2018 at 8:34 am

This war is fun – MAGA!

Jacqueline Nemorin · August 10, 2018 at 8:48 am

Look who is talking #totaly madeup, says 2 twiddling dumbos. Hope these two will go down. Shame on them,

Melody Macken · August 10, 2018 at 9:07 am

Mr G reminds me of my father when he had full blown dementia.

I just dont get why the TV networks havent been saying/remembering the public about what Giuliani said a few months ago…."..in the end it will be the citizens decision…"

Luis Pereira · August 10, 2018 at 10:27 am

Also looks like Giuliani finally found the word collusion….

Madeline Lyons · August 10, 2018 at 10:40 am

"I KNOW YOU ARE BUT WHAT AM I?" Oh, grow up Giuliani. Is age regression contagious? I swear the longer he's around the Tangerine Mistake the more he sounds like just another petulant child trying to get out of going to school. Truth has absolutely no place in todays white-house: veracity flew out the window the minute Trump broke in the back door. So there.

RedondoBeach2 · August 10, 2018 at 11:31 am

If the investigation is "totally illegitimate", why is Guilliani negotiating with the prosecutors running the investigation?

Kyle Jameus · August 10, 2018 at 12:01 pm

Are their still people who believe Trumps lies (people arn't that stupid are they)even his lawyer know's Trump would try to lie to Mueller (Trump v.s Mueller) Trump would loose

George Hawley · August 10, 2018 at 12:14 pm

Let's say he tells the truth. Oh, not an option? I guess he can't volunteer for an interview. Where did the real Rudy Giuliani go?

Adam P · August 10, 2018 at 12:17 pm

Fox News and those close to trump keep suggesting that mueller will catch one of his lies, as if the fact he has to lie doesn’t matter or isn’t relevant. They speak as if trump lying is acceptable and it doesn’t mean he’s at all guilty of anything.
I think they need to take a step back and think about what’s going on here. This guy is the president of the United States!!!

Jesus Lozada · August 10, 2018 at 12:20 pm

I think the best way for him to stop using twitter is for Twitter to shut down. Problem solved.

nameless1261 · August 10, 2018 at 12:21 pm

giuliani is not respondin appropriately most of time cuz fear of bones of truth dropping about the times. it is possible to tell truth, but criminals like mueller, criminals in govt or whereever in position of power, to intentionally misconstrue what is being said. you say hello, they desire to twist and say you said, f..you. andd trumpf and giuliani know this but wont say, just like wont mention crime of malicious prosecution. thats cuz not really sweating or wud be fighting like hungry dog. when theres real battle truth told. trumpf so stupid, weak, cudnt make these criminal so called democrats break sweat. mueller and network lying, motivations sinister, just as sick, criminal as trumpf. but if didnt have mueller as pretext for investigation, imagine having this crooks as long as we had crook obama

robert walton · August 10, 2018 at 1:04 pm

Dumber than a bag of hammers….with a lawyer that ridiculous,Trump might as well plead guilty to everything and stupidity too.

St. Paul · August 10, 2018 at 2:17 pm

Remember, Remember to vote blue in November,
The Trump/Russian treason and plot,
I know of no reason
Why the Trump/Russian treason
Should ever be forgot!

A Florida Son · August 10, 2018 at 2:26 pm

Sooo… The secret loop hole to avoid perjury is, honesty?

mtgentry · August 10, 2018 at 2:45 pm

She needs to stop laughing at everything. Annoying.

Carlos Fraga · August 10, 2018 at 2:50 pm
