There’s a good reason that Donald Trump is really, really desperate to get Brett Kavanaugh confirmed as a SCOTUS judge. Heather ‘Digby’ Parton joins Sam Seder and the Majority Report crew to discuss this.

It's all about "winning". If Dems can take down Kavanaugh, then the whole facade comes crashing down. Even his most die hard supporters would realize the Emperor has no clothes.

Let us put it this way: he's a criminal, there's an investigation uncovering his infinite number of crimes but he's in charge of naming the judge, another criminal, who will absolve him.

In the first 90-seconds Sam has never been more vague. Just say it, brother!

What a load of shit.

Kavanaugh can't exactly protect Trump once he's a private citizen again.

This video demonstrates thoroughly and precisely why Brett Kavanaugh should in no way even be considered to be a Supreme Court justice.

I wrote an article concerning this issue, "Brett Kavanaugh vs. Dr. Christine Blasey Ford," please READ, SHARE & LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK:

It’s been proven that he’s continued to lie during the hearings (via documents) which is a crime. So if that doesn’t keep him from becoming a Supreme Court judge, I don’t think rape, even if proven would stop the process.

Good point about the talk shows, Sam. Chuck Grassley – one of the Kings of Party Over Country – is so old, he is literally from before even the "talk show era" as a force in society. So it is easily imaginable he has no idea of their power. Same for Orin Hatch, one of the original persecuters of Anita Hill (and another extremist dirtbag). As a geezer myself I can testify to this paradigm – apparently things like Twitter and Instagram have huge participant numbers – but I have less than no interest in them, and will never engage or even pay attention to them. Another, even more egregious example, was the Congressional "Hearing" on Facebook with the arch-predator Mark F–kerberg. Listening to Senator John Kennedy of Louisiana made me want to cry. It literally sounded like he was equating Facebook with a VCR. I wanted to hang myself. I was certain F–kerberg was thinking "I will own these a–clowns in 6 months. No more laws or obstacles for THIS Alexander complex!!"
